November 2019 – It’s time to be thinking of patchwork projects with a seasonal feel. Take a look at my featured patterns for this month: the Star Runner looks great in Winter or Autumnal hues and the top can be made from fabric scraps or just five fate quarters; the Into the Woods runner pattern is an ideal scrap buster using foundation paper piecing and crazy patchwork techniques.
My Book Pillow and Quilt Sets make great gifts with lasting appeal for children. The quilt and cushion sets offer loads of options: use the pocket on the front of the pillow to store books and a favourite cuddly toy; snuggle under the quilt and lean on the pillow; lie on top of the quilt; use the quilt to build a reading den… Reading is for anywhere, indoors or outdoors… and these quilts and pillows are machine washable!
And why not treat yourself or gift a quilt? They make great throws for chairs and sofas and are always on hand to snuggle under while you read or view a favourite TV show 🙂
I warmly invite you to visit my shop, www.etsy.com/shop/AllisonsPatchworks I will be adding items to the shop week-by-week – if you see something on this page that you cannot find in the shop please contact me via email – firstname.lastname@example.org
